Office 365 (Outlook 2016 | Outlook 2013) - Import contacts from Gmail


  1. Sign in to Gmail.

  2. Click Gmail > Contacts.

  3. Click More > Export.

  4. In Outlook, click File > Open & Export.

  5. Click Import/Export.

  6. Click Import from another program or file. 

  7. Click Next.

  8. Follow the steps in the wizard.
