Step-by-step process on how to enable Java
1. Bring up your Google Chrome browser and click on the Menu "resembling three vertical bullet points"

2. Click Settings once the drop-down menu pops out

3. Under Settings, click Advanced, to open more Settings option

4. After opening your Advanced Settings option, Click on Content and Setting

5. Select JavaScript to access options to either "Allow or Block" JavaScript

6. Click on the toggle Button, located on the top right corner, under the JavaScript display option, to enable JavaScript.
Note: Button turns blue once JavaScript is activated
