my.NMSU- How to submit Final Grades

Teachers and Graduate instructors are often required to submit Final Grades each semester. This document outlines to users the step by step process of submitting Final Grades in their my.NMSU portal.

In order to complete this process please follow the steps listed below.

Step 1:

First, login to your my.NMSU account with your login credentials. ID and Password.

Step 2:

After logging into your account, navigate to the top of your menu bar and select the Faculty tab.

Step 3:

Navigate down to Banner Self service. Under Banner Self Service select Final Grades.

Step 4:

Clicking on Final Grades will redirect you to the Select Term page. 
Under Select Term, click on the drop down arrow to access more term options and then select a "preferred term" and chose Submit.
i.e. in this document fall 2019 was selected.

Step 5:

After choosing and submitting preferred term, you will be redirected to a page to select your preferred CRN. 
Select CRN by clicking on the drop down arrow to access more CRN options. After selecting CRN click on Submit.
