Google Chrome - Print from the Chrome window
You can print from Chrome using your computer or mobile device. With Google Cloud Print, you can make your printers available to you and anyone you choose.
Set up Google Chrome Print
If your wireless printer says that it's Cloud ready, follow your printer manufacturer's instructions.
If your printer doesn't say it's Cloud ready, follow the steps below;
- Turn on your printer
- On your Windows or Mac computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More
Settings.
- At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
- Under "Google Cloud Print," click Manage.
- If prompted, sign in with your Google Account
- Select the printers you want to connect, and then click Add printer(s).
the printer is now associated with your Google Account and connected to Google Cloud Print. You can print to this printer from any device where you've signed into your Google Account.
Print using Google Chrome Print
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Open the page, image, or file you want to print.
- Click File
Print. Or, use a keyboard shortcut:
- Windows & Linux: Ctrl + p
- Mac: ⌘ + p
- In the window that appears, click Change to choose your Google Cloud Printer.
- Change any print settings you want.
- When ready, Click Print.
If you're using your Chromebook at work or school, your network administrator might connect one or more printers for you. The printer will be available when you're signed into your work or school account.
Print from a standard printer
To set up your printer, follow your printer manufacturer's instructions.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Open the page, image, or file you want to print.
- Click File
Print. Or, use a keyboard shortcut:
- Windows & Linux: Ctrl + p
- Mac: ⌘ + p
- In the window that appears, select the destination and change any print settings you want.
- When ready, click Print.
