Skype for Business - Keyboard shortcuts
You can customize Skype for Business to support the way you work, including ways that enhance its usability for use with screen readers or other assistive technologies. These Skype for Business keyboard shortcuts relate to the feature areas of the Skype for Business user interface (UI). So, for example, you have to be in a contact card for the Esc key to close the contact card.
