Windows 10 - Changing the System Date and Time

This document explains how to change the system date and time using Windows 10.




  1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select Adjust Date/Time.

  2. A window will open. On the left side of the window select the option named Adjust date/time

    Note: Both Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically must be Off to make this change.

  3. This will open a setting window. Navigate to the right-side of the window under "Change date and time" and click Change.

  4. You can now enter adjust the date and time settings of your computer. Enter the time and/or date and press Change when you are finished.

  5. The system time and/or date has been updated.
