Office 365 Video - Uploading Videos
Office 365 Video is an intranet portal where people in your organization can post and view videos.
Create a channel
Select + New Channel.
In the Start a new channel pane:
Type a name for the channel, in the Give it a name box.
Select the color you want to appear in the channel header and next to the channel name in the directory.
Note: You have to have channel admin permission to create a channel. By default, everyone in your organization has channel admin permission.
Upload a video
Select Upload on the menu bar.
Select the channel you want to upload the video to in the Select a channel box.
To upload your video:
Drag the video file from File Explorer to the Select videos to upload or drag files herearea.
Click on the Select videos to upload or drag files here area, select a video in the Choose File to Upload dialog box, and then select Open.
While the video is uploading, enter or modify the video title in the Title box and enter an optional description.
Select Go to video to view your video after the upload is complete.

Choose the thumbnail image for a video
Select a video, and pause the video playback if you want.
In the Choose a thumbnail pane, select the thumbnail you want to use, or select Upload an image if you want to use an existing image file as the thumbnail.
Close the Choose a thumbnail pane.
Note: It might take several minutes for the new thumbnail to appear to other Office 365 Video users.
