Chrome (Mac) - Clearing Saved Passwords and Form Data

This document explains how to clear saved passwords and form data in Google Chrome.


  1. From the top menu click on Chrome and then Clear Browsing Data. This will open a new window in your browser.

    Chrome > Clear Browsing Data...

  2. From this new window, you will have access to "browsing data" several options on the extent of what data you would like to erase. To access "Password and other sign in data" as well as "Autofill form data" saved click on the Advanced tab in this window and check the boxes to the left of these options. 

  3. To submit your selections click the blue Clear data button at the bottom right of this window.
